The Nintendo DS in a handheld video game system produced by Nintendo. Originaly released in 2004, there are now five other versions of the Nintendo DS, including:

• Nintendo DS Lite (the second iteration)
• Nintendo DSi (the third iteration)
• Nintendo DSi XL (the fourth iteration)
• Nintendo 3DS (the successor to the DS line)

There is an untold amount of games available for the Nintendo DS, all of which, including the system, can be found online or in store at affordable prices.
